I was a people pleaser and professional gold-star chaser. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by… nothing? Everything? All while so desperately trying to cover up the truth of I. Am. Not. Ok. that I don’t even know what the actual problem is anymore.

On paper, life might appear ok. You “should” be happy. You genuinely are grateful. But something is not right- you find yourself spending more and more time (and money, and energy) on coping mechanisms that work for a little while but always, eventually, turn up the volume of self-criticism and shame. Which- unsurprisingly- leads to more coping.
Maybe you can’t even imagine how you’d survive your life any other way.
But you want to want to change. And you deserve to enjoy a life you don’t need to escape from.

Hypnosis is something we do together (nope, not mind control) to reach beneath the surface of your mind, gently shifting subconscious beliefs that keep you repeating old cycles so change can take root where it matters most.
Coaching offers clarity and direction. We’ll identify the patterns, habits, and choices that no longer serve you and create practical steps toward a life that does.
Yoga is more than downward facing dog! The principles of yoga can help reconnect your mind and body, build self-awareness, support nervous system regulation, and help you trust in your own inner signals. Lasting transformation happens when the body feels safe enough to let it.
How we blend these tools will be customized for your unique needs. This integrated approach is shame-free, judgement-free, and centered on you: who you are now, who you are becoming, and the life you actually want to live.

In simple terms, hypnosis is a very relaxed, focused state that allows you to bypass your busy conscious mind and access your subconscious mind (the one running the show). This happens naturally many times a day, but we’ll give that natural state a therapeutic purpose.
For example, when you are absorbed in a good book or movie (or Instagram doom scroll), you become so entranced by the story it’s like you’re in it! You become less aware of your surroundings, and although you consciously “know” you’re just reading or watching, your subconscious is so open to suggestion that it will create emotional and even physiological changes based on the storyline (i.e. your heart races with excitement or fear). This is a hypnotic state.
I help you get to that state on purpose, and make suggestions based on the changes you want to make. You are not asleep, I am not in control of you, and there is no risk of getting “stuck” or doing or saying anything that you would not do or say in normal consciousness. But we can, together, start reprogramming your unhelpful patterns, redirect unkind self talk, and shift habitual behaviors you’ve identified.

Hypnotherapy is generally considered a therapeutic use of a state of hypnosis, but different practitioners/certifying bodies/states & countries use the words to often mean the same thing. I utilize hypnosis to work with your subconscious to shift unwanted patterns or behaviors, and that is deeply therapeutic.
In conversation, I use hypnosis and hypnotherapy interchangeably. People often hear “hypnosis” and think of something they saw on a stage, but that is not what I do! People hear “hypnotherapy” and get a more accurate picture of my work as the healing modality it is.
Semantics aside, if I do not think I am best suited to help you, I’ll provide resources and/or recommendations. I am not a licensed clinician, and I cannot diagnose or treat as a clinician.

All services are delivered virtually, via Zoom, Voxer voice notes, email, and occasionally video or audio files. Your individual experience is customized based on your needs, but you will select a package with a specific number of sessions and clear expectations for in-between session support if applicable.

We can work together on a variety of concerns, from the very specific to the very vague. If you are feeling like something isn’t quite right but you can’t put your finger on it- we can work with that! Other common areas of focus:
Struggling with sleeping,
worrying a lot,
using alcohol in a way that takes more than it gives,
feeling uninspired in your business or unfulfilled in career
AND there is almost always a thing under the thing… maybe we start out trying to figure out why work is stressing you out, and we wind up building your confidence in general, or rewriting some worthiness stories that started in childhood. The possibilities are endless!

You can buy packages of sessions (minimum 3), set up recurring monthly payments for regular sessions at a discounted price, or go all in with an intensive, super-supported 6 week program where we meet weekly and stay in touch between sessions.
